Hard Work Pays Off



Hard work is definitely paying off!  Spending time figuring out food options for the week, making sure to get enough water and sleep, and focusing on making every minute at the gym count truly start to show results.


Since I basically felt like I should start over on Monday, the focus has shown itself on the scale.  So far, a decent loss has been recorded for the week!

I have also started to use oils to help us sleep, and to help with muscle pain.  So far, they are helping.  

I don't really have much to say today, so I guess that is all!
